Shipping policy

We currently deliver across Egypt through our courier partner, Bosta.

• Processing time: Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your governorate. Cairo and Giza typically see faster delivery than other areas.
• Delivery fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Payment on delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders, alongside secure online payment via Paymob.
• Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
